Daily Northeast Region Eggs
Prices are steady. The undertone is at least steady. Supplies are light
to mostly moderate. The Northeast shell egg inventory is 3.1% lower when
compared to the previous week. Offerings are moderate. Retail demand is
light to instances good. Market activity is slow to moderate. Eastern
region breaking stock supplies are moderate to heavy for normal to
over-time breaking schedules. Light type hen offerings are moderate for
normal to less than normal processing schedules.

WHITE EGGS IN CARTONS, CENTS PER DOZEN.
